ACTIVITIES (5th of primary)

You have some activities for today.

PARTS OF THE BODY.

Achievement indicators

  • The student describes the parts of the human body.

Indicadores de logro

  • El estudiante describe las partes del cuerpo humano.

Watch the video below about parts of the body and repeat the main vocabulary, while you are watching the video again.

(Ver el video debajo sobre las partes del cuerpo y repite el vocabulario principal, mientras ves el video de nuevo).



Assignment:
  • Open your notebook please!!! Draw yourself and write the names of the parts of the body. 
  • (Abre tu cuaderno por favor!!! Dibuja tu cuerpo y escribe los nombres de cada una de las partes).
COMPARISON OF ADJECTIVES

To compare people and things we use a comparative adjective.
We form the comparative by adding the ending -er and the word than.

(Para comparar personas y cosas nosotros utilizamos adjetivo comparativo.
Formamos el comparativo de la siguiente forma: adjetivo + er + than).

For example:
  • The German girl's hair is darker and longer than mine.
Adjectives with two syllables that end in y change the ending to -ier. (Pretty - Prettier).
For example:
  • The Russian uniform was prettier than ours.

COMPARISON OF ADVERBS

We use adverbs to tell how an action is donde. Adverbs with one syllable form the comparative by adding the ending - er and the word than.
For example:
  • The French boy jumped higher than the American.
Adverbs with two syllables that end in change the ending to -ier. (Early- Earlier).
For example:
  • We arrived earlier than the Russian team.
